As my client you‘re automatically Premium-Client! I only accept a very limited amount of active sparrings to ensure you the highest possible quality of my service. This gives me the opportunity to also think about your challenges even in between our calls, to stay creative, to reflect our collaboration and to improve it continuously.
To have a succesful Sparring it always takes two sides. The most important part is to be able to communicate with each other on eye-level. If the two sides match, the collaboration can be very productive, if they don‘t, it would be a waste of resources. To ensure the quality of our Sparring and not waste any resources, we go through three phases together:
1. BEFORE: FIRST CALL (GETTING TO KNOW)
We talk without any strings attached and get to know each other roughly. If we both could imagine a collaboration, I‘ll provide you with a first quotation shortly after our Skype-Call.
2. AT THE BEGINNING: FITNESS-CHECK (UNDERSTANDING)
Before we start working on your challenges immediately, I need a deeper understanding of you and your company. Quite often my questions at this point already inspire you to think in a new direction. Here we create a common ground for all further actions.
3. DURING: REGULAR FEEDBACK-TALKS (OPTIMIZING)
Throughout the entire collaboration I attach great importance to an open, honest and direct communication. I ask for feedback regularly and appreciate constructive criticism. You have the opportunity to actively influence our Sparring at any time.
If regardless all these measures our Marketing- Sparring won‘t be to your satisfaction, I won‘t charge you for it! If you‘re willing to try it again in a new Sparring-Session, it‘ll be for free. And if after all we still won‘t be able to find a satisfying solution for you, I‘ll refund your money without any discussion!
I see my own business only as success once I managed to add some real value to you and your company. It‘s solely up to you to decide if this is the case.
